CVC is in talks to create a $ 4 billion total tennis team

CVC Capital Partners is negotiating a $ 600 million deal that will combine women’s tennis calendars for men and allow a private equity firm to buy the sport.

The ATP has a contract with IMG for betting data, while the WTA has a deal with Stats Perform, both of which can be controlled by One Tennis.

Mark Webster, CEO of ATP Media Commercial and Broadcasting Arms, has lined up for the launch of One Tennis, and ATP Media will be part of a new entity, said a person familiar with the matter.
